How we tailor our services to your needs?

Most people think car detailing is a one-size-fits-all service. But think about it – put five of the exact same model of car next to each other, and each one will be unique. Each customer's needs and expectations will also be different. This is precisely what we mean by tailoring our service. Whether you only want your seats shampooed, just an exterior wash, or a complete interior and exterior package, we customise our approach for your car and your budget.

How does someone go about booking a detailing service with you, and what should they expect from when they book until the job's done?

You can either book online via our website or call us on 0415 971 872 to check availability or ask any questions.

For both online and phone bookings. We'll need to know, the type of vehicle, make and model. And what services you are wanting. Plus preference of day and time.

If you are wanting a quote or estimate. If your vehicle has deep scratches, heavy debris, or dog hair. It is best we see your vehicle before an accurate estimate can be provided. Generally as we offer mobile and onsite, its easier for us to come out to assess your vehicle over you coming to us. If we're at the wash bay when you're available we'll let you know.

For those who book online, our team will confirm the booking and location with you within 48 hours of receiving your booking.

On the day, if we are coming to you we will reach out to confirm our arrival time. While we allow a buffer, jobs can sometimes run over, as things happen. Either way we'll let you know of any delays and we always get the job done. 

If you're coming to us, we will be set up and ready 15 minutes prior to your arrival.

Once we have the vehicle, we'll do a complete assessment. I often find customers come in wanting XYZ service, but once I've assessed their vehicle and explained the options, they better understand what's achievable and often opt for the ABC service. 

What's one important thing you'd want every customer to know that makes your detailing service stand out from others?

The most important thing is that our service is truly tailored to your car, your needs, and your budget. We make recommendations based on value and what the car genuinely needs, with cost coming second. We even have payment plans available if the initial outlay is too much for a premium service.
