We then meticulously mask the surrounding panels to protect your vehicle's paintwork. Depending on the severity of the damage, we start with wet sanding, typically beginning with 100-grit wet/dry sandpaper, and then gradually move through 250-grit, 500-grit, 1000-grit, all the way up to 5000-grit.
Finishing and protection
Once sanding is complete, we apply a compound polish, followed by a buff polish to bring out the clarity. Depending on your preference, we can then spray a clear coat or apply a ceramic coating to seal and protect the headlight, ensuring long-lasting results. This multi-step process ensures a superior finish that outlasts quick buff jobs.
